polymorfa initcreates a Node.js/TypeScript starter in the current directory withpackage.json,src/index.ts,.env.example, and README. It refuses existing starter paths before writing, never includes a credential or creates a project link, and pins an exact published SDK development version. Users can runpolymorfa linkseparately when they want CLI project context.Five-part assessment: API unchanged (the sample uses the existing team-key
projects.listcontract); SDK unchanged (the generated dependency pins verified published dev artifact0.1.0-dev.20260926231105); CLI command, help, README, no-overwrite and credential tests added; docs updated in the companion monorepo PR and must merge before this PR; feature release remains source-build only, without a new flag, entitlement, customer changelog, npm CLI publication, or live API exercise.Validation: Node 22.23.2 typecheck, lint, format, build, and full Vitest suite (899 tests) pass with two workers. A generated starter installed the pinned SDK, typechecked, and exited before transport when the key was unset. The installed lockfile integrity matched npm registry metadata (
