Adds campaign reply-flows create, view and attach (with --detach) for API #407, which is merged; that API's reply flows stay behind a default-off release gate.

Pins @polymorfa/sdk@0.1.0-dev.20261004043942 (sdks #334) and updates the README. npm run verify passed locally: 109 files, 1,032 tests. CI was not watched after opening.
