⚠️ Unverified finding
Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.Show
checkedAtandkindin the human output, or note that they are left out.The renderer prints
statusandsyncedAtbut leaves outcheckedAt. Two states look the same to a human reader: the server checked the group and found no data, and the server never checked the group. The--jsonoutput keeps every field, so data is not lost. Add aCheckedline that uses the sameneverfallback.♻️ Proposed change

serverApiKeyOnlyintentionally rejects project tokens for Messaging group commands. The repository documentsgroups:read, but does not state that project tokens may use this Linked Device API operation. Changing this option would broaden credential access without a repository contract requiring it.

Verification
Exact scoped source/hash updated after backend dev integration. Formatting and release-contract checks pass. SDK Node 20/22 and CLI Node 22 hosted CI pass on their latest heads. SDK full local suite passes all 1505 tests with two workers. CLI full suite passes all 1036 tests with two workers after unbounded local runs timed out under load. Earlier implementation checks are recorded in the backend ledger.
Session provenance and UI evidence
Sanitized checkpoint: https://github.com/polymorfa/polymorfa/blob/50ad1f117/internal/agent-sessions/sessions/purpshell-t3-codex/abprops-followups-2026-10-10/3069d89575f09cab6d329a9ad40d7b67b8f27652324f796e764aeb4a42034a52.md. Visible excerpts only; full tool capture is local and private. The agent registration record is unavailable and remains a provenance gap. No new visible UI is introduced: the Console event catalog remains withheld, while existing Admin controls are reused. Earlier UI source layers are linked in the item ledger.
Rollout and rollback
Merge in producer order: HyperMeow #49, backend #552, SDK #343, then CLI #74. Package publication, hosted deployment, production policy changes and real WhatsApp acceptance remain outside the authorized scope. Group reads and capability-change events are not offered. Existing enrolled-beta authority remains enforced at producer, relay and delivery boundaries. Publication holds must be reconciled with exact accepted source/hash evidence before packages publish. Existing follow/off and enrollment controls remain the disable paths; retained queued deliveries recheck authority and expire after seven days. Do not revert applied migrations. Linear/Notion synchronization has not been verified and is a named tracker gap.
Source merge checkpoint: backend #552 merged on October 10 at
2f9efad933b3a7a455f73245a566c827ac004608. Consumer contract SHA-256 is53b2c76e344052152b3fc627a478adcd79130b7876d528aac8056b13e555b127; source publication remains held.Final source-merge receipts (October 10): HyperMeow #49
29a42459a4d12ffc9553f6279610106d31c8a148; backend #5522f9efad933b3a7a455f73245a566c827ac004608; SDK #3435c30187e043be76db6763633cdafe96b9576dfc2; CLI #741869d421892173d9ccd662fc785b39ed30bbd9d2. All final-head CI checks and CodeRabbit passed; unresolved review-thread counts were zero before each merge. Both consumers pin the exact backend merge with published:false. No package publication, rollout or hosted acceptance was performed.
