Add a typed carousel send command accepting JSON file/stdin, image/video/document button-header flags, and mixed reply/URL/call controls. Validate media source/category/bounds and unique reply IDs before one HTTP send. Keep one message per request and reject unsupported mixtures instead of splitting.

This draft depends on SDK #345 (polymorfa/sdks#345) at e64e528df2. Clean CI fails because package.json still pins the old published SDK without the candidate exports. Local validation uses the exact built candidate SDK: 31 message checks, typecheck/build/lint and formatting pass. The broader suite's three load-failing files pass on serial rerun (33 tests); all other groups passed originally. Release-evidence tests pass.

contracts/interactive-messages.json records the exact backend/hash/SDK revision with published=false, and prepare-release enforces the hold. After matching environment acceptance and authorized SDK publication, replace the registry dependency/lock with that exact version and rerun clean CI. Do not bypass that dependency gate or manufacture a package version.
