Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to Project clients may reject a valid differently cased project ID, and the Analytics contract revision needs clarification. These bounded issues warrant owner follow-up before customer use. 🚥 Pre-merge checks | ✅ 5✅ Passed checks (5 passed)

- Around line 310-314: Update the project ID scope check in `get` to compare
`params.projectId` and `this.projectId` case-insensitively, matching the
behavior of `metrics`; preserve the existing null and undefined guards.

- Line 22: Reconcile the Analytics source pin across `contracts/source.json`,
the four Analytics ledger entries, and the reconciliation test so they all
reference the revision that supplies the contract, matching the PR’s stated
revision or updating that statement consistently. Ensure `sourceSha256` matches
that revision’s `apps/api/docs/openapi.management.json`.
