Funded session starts now surface a typed payment-required error without retrying the financial operation. Number-tier changes use a reviewed quote followed by explicit confirmation, preserve fractional credit quantities, and expose paid-window expiry. Session and client-rule methods use the current Platform routes instead of the removed Messaging paths.

Rebased on SDK dev a7db39e. The nine billing operations and sixteen Platform-control operations are pinned to API 0d62656002fe7274f4e86c47f334429d5f1d4800, in the API/Admin integration review: https://github.com/polymorfa/polymorfa/pull/164. The reviewed operation bodies were compared before repinning. This is a scoped integration checkpoint, not a full SDK parity or deployed-availability claim; the existing repository ledger still records 37 uncovered operations outside this work.

Validation: 415 tests, TypeScript typecheck, build, ESLint and formatting pass, including clean package imports and HTTP-boundary tests. Hosted CI and matching API release remain required.

API is pinned rather than changed here. SDK methods/types/errors and SDK documentation are updated. The CLI consumer review will pin this reachable commit and link back here. No production flags, deployment, npm release or pricing cutover occurs in this PR.

Closing as superseded by #175, which adapted this branch's billing quote/confirmation and payment-required changes from 7514677 onto the unified session-configuration contract. The remaining diff against dev would reintroduce the retired direct session create method and config field and drop server-credential checks, so it should not be merged. The branch is left in place.
