Adds AI Marketplace Monitor (aimm), an MIT-licensed app I maintain. It watches Facebook Marketplace for the items you want, rates each new listing with AI, and sends notifications (email, phone, Discord, Slack, Telegram and more). It runs its own Chromium to log in to Facebook. Its web UI has a browser view (noVNC) for CAPTCHAs, a config editor and logs.

One container template (type 1), id 72, the next free id in templates.json (several open PRs use 76; renumber as you like):

  • Image: ghcr.io/bopeng/ai-marketplace-monitor:latest, multi-arch (amd64 and arm64). It runs as a non-root user, with a HEALTHCHECK on /api/health.
  • Storage: one named volume at /data for the config, cache and logs. Port 8467 is the web UI.
  • Form:
    • the Facebook credentials
    • a UnitySVC API key for the default AI and notification setup (a placeholder by default, so the first run works)
    • the time zone
    • who signs users in to the web UI: aimm itself, with the Facebook login or a web UI password of its own, or a reverse proxy (Authelia, Authentik, Cloudflare Access)
  • Tested: deployed from App Templates in Portainer CE 2.45.2: the container is healthy, and web UI sign-in and the browser view work.
  • Checks: the file validates against schema.json.

The same template is published from the project repository (deploy/portainer/templates.json) and is listed in Lissy93/portainer-templates.

…ew and screenshots (#435)

* Docs: a Portainer section; link it from the README

Portainer's default App Templates do not list aimm, and its official list
rarely takes outside apps (submitted as portainer/templates#280). The Docker
guide now tells Portainer users to set the community list of
Lissy93/portainer-templates, which includes aimm, or our own templates URL,
and how to deploy and update. The README's Docker section links to it.

Part of #417.

* README: list the guide's Docker Compose and Portainer sections separately

* README: describe Docker, Docker Compose and Portainer as engine, configuration tool and web interface

* README: Synology and QNAP NAS as a fourth way to run aimm

* README: drop the Anthropic backend and rate limiting from What's New

* README: show the command line and web UI screenshots together under the intro

The web UI screenshot moves up from Key Features, next to the terminal one,
each with a label of what it shows.

* Docs: install steps for Unraid, TrueNAS, CasaOS, Cosmos and Umbrel

Each platform gets a section in the Docker guide that installs aimm today,
whether or not its app store lists it yet: Unraid from the template saved
to templates-user, TrueNAS with Install via YAML (a Compose file running as
the apps user, as tested on a TrueNAS VM), CasaOS and Cosmos by importing
their templates, and Umbrel through Portainer for now. The README's NAS
item links to them.

* README: one item per platform with its status; TrueNAS and Umbrel steps

- README: Synology and QNAP (Docker in their container apps) are one item;
Unraid, TrueNAS, CasaOS/ZimaOS, Cosmos and Umbrel each get their own,
with where aimm stands in that store and how to install it until it is
  listed.
- deploy/truenas/install-via-yaml.yaml: a Compose file for TrueNAS's
Install via YAML, which the README and the guide link to.
- Guide: TrueNAS uses that file step by step; Umbrel installs aimm with
Umbrel's Portainer (its admin password, a named volume, port 8467 to
free before the store app); Unraid says it waits for the next catalog
  update.

* Docs: how to install on each platform today, without store status; drop Umbrel

Umbrel has no easy way to add aimm by hand, so it is left out until its
store lists aimm.
