Adds two read RPCs to
PromptServicefor priompt/priompt#45:ListBranches(uri)→ each branch and its tip commit, sorted by name.ListCommits(uri)→ every commit of the prompt, newest first, including commits no branch reaches (the roll-forward path for Rollback list hides commits after a rollback (can't roll forward) ui#8).Additive only (new messages and RPCs; no renumbering).
