The generated catalog conflicted with CWE-640 (profullstack#177): both sides insert into the same sorted CWE list and bump the same count. Resolved by regenerating with scripts/generate-catalog.py rather than by hand, so the index matches the sources instead of either side of the conflict. Resolved by regenerating with scripts/generate-catalog.py rather than by hand, so the index matches the sources instead of either side of the conflict. Adds a Python test case for CWE-434 (unrestricted upload of a dangerous file type) with an allow-list safe counterpart. Catalog regenerated; corpus safety checks pass.
