pyvider and pyvider-cty were both floored at >=0.4.0 while the lock resolved 0.6.2 and 0.5.3 — two minor series apart — and provide-foundation[all] likewise at >=0.4.0 against a locked 0.4.3.

Verification

Resolved every direct dependency at its declared minimum (uv lock --resolution lowest-direct), asserted the venv actually received those versions, then ran the suite:

{
  "floors_checked": 8,
  "at_floor": ["jinja2", "mkdocs-material", "provide-foundation", "provide-testkit",
               "pymarkdownlnt", "pyvider", "pyvider-cty", "rich"],
  "above_floor": {},
  "pytest": "318 passed, 2 skipped"
}

All 8 direct floors installed at exactly the declared version.

pyvider and pyvider-cty were both floored at >=0.4.0 while the lock resolved
0.6.2 and 0.5.3 -- two minor series apart -- and provide-foundation likewise
at >=0.4.0 against a locked 0.4.3. Anything resolving at those floors would
have got a combination nothing here has run.

Verified at the declared minimums (`uv lock --resolution lowest-direct` pins
all three at exactly their new floors): 318 passed, 2 skipped.
