Confirm GT America licensing for Android app distribution (owner: Altay)

Outcome

GT America's license terms for embedding in a distributed Android app are confirmed and recorded — currently an unrecorded risk (the old parity branch committed the TTFs with no licensing note; putio-ios treats this same question as a stop condition).

Scope

• Confirm the put.io GT America license covers mobile/TV app embedding (and Fire TV sideload distribution)
• Record the terms and any constraints (weights, embedding format, attribution) in repo docs
• If not covered: decide fallback (license extension vs system font for v1)

Acceptance criteria

• Brand asset pipelines: Phosphor icons and GT America fonts, locked and drift-gated #21's pipeline can cite the recorded license status; no release build ships fonts before this closes
