Physical device proof set: Android TV, Fire TV, phone, tablet inventory

Part of #14 (W0 — proof infrastructure). Needed before the hardware-proof gates in #34, #35, #42, #11, #45.

Outcome

A named, documented physical device proof set — the kickoff plan's "which physical Android TV and Fire TV devices are required" question, answered and acquired.

Scope

• Decide the minimum set (recommendation: one Google TV device, one Fire TV Stick 4K-class device, one phone, one tablet; add a 10-bit/HDR-capable TV device before Prove supported 10-bit playback on Android TV #11)
• Acquire/inventory them; document in AGENTS.md how agents request device proof from Altay (photos/recordings of on-device behavior)
• Record device/OS versions so proofs are reproducible

Acceptance criteria

• TV playback parity on Media3 with the Back-button state machine #34's Fire TV remote smoke and TV release: replace tv-native on Play, Fire TV sideload lane, rollout #35's install proofs have named hardware to run on
