Already done: skillcheck lint in verify and CI, coverage floors without --passWithNoTests (#62, #63), skill description carries a do-not-use clause, PR template + YAML issue forms, Dependabot, persist-credentials: false, secret scanning on, squash-only, homepage/topics set, both rulesets (org access model: two rulesets per repo, no required status checks).
