As suggested by @mammalwong in #511 comment, the current implementation is not performant and not making use of the advantage of GA's quadratic forms.
As explained in the issue, the correctness of these over different GAs is very important to this enhancement, so I log a separate issue and mark it with no milestone in the near releases.
