Run the Linux tests on OSDC runners - #129

v2 -> v3, with the runners mapped per pytorch/pytorch's .github/arc.yaml: linux.12xlarge -> mt-l-x86iavx512-48-384 and linux.g5.4xlarge.nvidia.gpu -> mt-l-x86aavx2-11-41-a10g. Authored with Claude Code.
linux_job_v3 defaults additional-fetch-refs to refs/heads/main. extension-cpp's default branch is master, so the checkout fails before any test runs: git fetch --no-tags --prune --depth=1 origin +74c4cdf... fatal: couldn't find remote ref refs/heads/main The process '/opt/conda/bin/git' failed with exit code 128 The 'Not authorized to perform sts:AssumeRoleWithWebIdentity' higher in the same log is unrelated noise: that step is continue-on-error, records success, and only disables the sccache S3 credentials. The cu129 nightly index is effectively empty -- 1 cp313 wheel against 117 on
cu132 -- so the install fails before any test runs:
pip install --pre torch --index-url=.../nightly/cu129
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch
(from versions: none)
13.2 is the stable CUDA for 2.15 per pytorch's RELEASE.md, and
pytorch/almalinux-builder:cuda13.2 exists, which is the image linux_job_v3
selects from gpu-arch-version.
