Use the shared package provider when the RDI and libcamera suites encounter missing capture utilities. Keep the existing yavta and v4l-utils mappings for RDI, add the verified libcamera-tools mapping for cam, and report dependencies that remain unavailable after recovery. This PR Enables package-provider recovery for Camera RDI and Libcamera capture dependencies. It verifies missing commands after installation and reports actionable dependency failures. Hardware capture validation remains pending on target.
