Canonical has blacklisted all watchdog modules via (blacklist all watchdog drivers (LP:1432837)). qcom-wdt is required for debugging stability issues around lockup, device hangs and ramdump collection in kernel panic path. Signed-off-by: Anurag Pateriya <anurag.pateriya@oss.qualcomm.com>
