Summary

  • Keep failed tool calls inside collapsed previous work entries instead of pinning them into the live view.
  • Show the settled-work failed count only in developer mode.

Why

Failed items steal attention as new events arrive. Usual users do not need that count, and nobody wants failures stuck outside the collapsed history they would otherwise ignore.
