feat: add Chartmetric experience entry - #1

Adds a 7th experience entry for the current role at Chartmetric, covering major projects: SF→CH migration, Watchdog observability, TikTok ingestion recovery, Tunefind/Discogs/Ticketmaster pipelines, Shazam data corruption fix, PG→SF drift detection, bigint migration, CH Cloud contract management, proxy infra, data shares, and mentoring. Also updates profile bio/tagline to reflect current Chartmetric focus, bumps ClickHouse/Snowflake/Airflow proficiency to 90, and marks the prior Upwork entry as no longer current.
