Widen the symfony/process constraint from ^8.1 to ^6.4 || ^7.4 || ^8.1, so projects still on Symfony 6.4 LTS or 7.x can install jack without being forced onto Symfony 8.

composer.json validates and the lock still resolves cleanly.

Note: require.php is still >=8.4, so this alone does not enable installs on PHP below 8.4. The code uses PHP 8.4 syntax (e.g. new DateTimeImmutable(...)->diff() in BreakPointCommand), so lowering the PHP floor would need code changes - out of scope here. Happy to follow up if that is wanted.
