Summary

This PR replaces golang.org/x/net with github.com/openshift-sustaining/net@v0.43.0-sec.4.

Rationale

CVE-2026-33814, a Go HTTP/2 denial of service caused by a malformed SETTINGS_MAX_FRAME_SIZE frame, is fixed upstream in golang.org/x/net v0.53.0, which requires Go 1.25. The release-4.19 branch is built with Go 1.23 and cannot consume that upstream release. The v0.43.0-sec.4 sustaining fork carries the compatible backport for this Go version.

Hi @prabhapa. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a redhat-cne member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work.

Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.
