The GUI keeps every run's output in one console, where one run's output cannot be told from the next. helper_gui_main.py now prints a line of dashes naming the helper before running it. gui_rule() in helper.py draws the line only when GOOEY is set in the environment, which Gooey does for the program it runs, so the command line and the tests see what they always saw.

…name

A 72-character line wraps when the console window is narrowed. The
rule in helper.py is now the helper's name between five dashes on each
side, so it stays on one line at any width and reads symmetrically.
