The holding sections both held goals, so a task pasted down under On-deck was read as a goal and its id ended up in two collections. The sections are now "On-deck tasks" and "Wishlist goals", each read as the week and goals sections are. A line is pasted down as it is: the id keeps it the same record, the number is not read, since the numbers of a period move, and a line typed there is of no goal or project, and of whoever's document it is, until it is moved up and numbered. A line whose id is in two places is refused, so a thing is moved by cutting it. The old headings are still read, into the wishlist.

mc.py reads the sections and settles what a held line keeps; the builder writes tasks on deck under their own heading, out of the weeks; the sync finds a task of no goal by whose it is; mc_tasks gains a lead for such a task; the docs page describes the sections.
