This code repository contains the following:
- Application of the extension of MIMP to the missense mutations across The Cancer Genome Atlas. The purpose is to explore the mutation-induced rewiring of ELMs in tumors across different cancer types.
- Association of APOBEC3A activity with APOBEC-related motif-rewiring mutatinos in cancer genomes (input data from the collaborative study Mishra & Bayati et al. 2026).
