Commercial licenses are offered alongside the PolyForm Noncommercial license, so outside contributions need permission to be distributed under both. Contributors agree to CLA.md by ticking a checkbox in the pull request template; CONTRIBUTING.md explains the process.

CLA.md: a short contributor license agreement. Contributors keep their copyright and grant the maintainer a broad copyright and patent license, including the right to distribute contributions under commercial licenses as well as the PolyForm Noncommercial License.CONTRIBUTING.md: explains the agreement and that pull requests can only be merged once the box is ticked.CHANGELOG.md: records the unreleased shell styling fix, screenshot, and CLA under "Unreleased".Please review before merging
The agreement text is a plain-language draft, not legal advice. Read it carefully, and consider having a lawyer review it before you rely on it for commercial licensing.
Process for outside pull requests
Before merging a pull request from someone else, check that the CLA box in its description is ticked. Your own pull requests do not need it.
