Remove deprecated and unused APIs, dependencies and redundant comments; update examples, public re-exports and migration guidance. Fix timestamp-bound HMAC signatures, CSRF seed and exemption handling, IP-filter defaults, multipart limits, conditional response headers/dates, Compio SSE timers, filtered-signal lag handling, cookie headers and responses, Accept exclusions, authentication schemes, original request URIs, Swagger escaping, Vespera deprecation metadata and GraphQL request validation. Add regression coverage, reject cookie attribute injection, retain Accept parameters, and preserve extension recycling after capturing the original URI. Validation: workspace tests with default, rich and all features; rich and all-features Clippy with -D warnings; nightly formatting; all-features rustdoc; website documentation audit, TypeScript check and production build.

Removes deprecated APIs, unused dependencies and redundant comments. Updates re-exports, examples and the migration guide.
Fixes the 2.4.2 issues in authentication, CSRF, IP filtering, multipart uploads, conditional responses, cookies, header parsing, Compio timers, signals, OpenAPI and GraphQL validation. Multipart files now survive extraction and Serde retries; failed or cancelled uploads are cleaned up. CI runs on stacked PRs.
Checks: default/rich/all-features workspace tests, Clippy, rustfmt, rustdoc, and the website audit, typecheck and production build.
Based on #26; merge that PR first.
