This bug occurs in PR openssh-rust/openssh#112 when running cargo check --all-targets --no-default-features on the CI.

    Still happens on nightly 2023-01-30.
    This is the first commit (in their repo) where it ICEs.

}

    Curiously, it doesnt ICE on the playground. Maybe it is OS-specific?

    It's because we need -Cincremental enabled. I've got a fix.
