Knowledge packages can be installed while a warm session is still waiting for a safe rebuild. The sync-status response now reports resident and pending session counts under the existing next-prompt policy, so consumers can distinguish installed files from pending session refresh.
The AgentBox emits this evidence and Runtime preserves it through normalization. Older payloads retain missing evidence; inconsistent counts are discarded. Session execution and invalidation behavior are unchanged.
Validation: 7,609 tests passed, including 150 targeted AgentBox/Runtime observation tests; TypeScript and the production build passed. Live integration acceptance passed: a synthetic knowledge library changed between published versions in the same Pod and conversation, the installed archive digest matched, and the next prompt read the changed heading. Missing legacy evidence remains distinct from readiness.
