load_yaml_with_duplicate_check was a CLI helper. Every entry point now refuses repeated keys, so callers need no loader, and pointing them at a private module would make it a public contract. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The 0.15.0 migration notes told callers to use
sieval.cli._config_yaml.load_eval_configin place of the removedload_yaml_with_duplicate_check. That is a private module, and callers need no loader: since #257,sieval run, sieval eval, both--dry-runs andEvalSession(...)refuse repeated keys themselves. Pointing at the private function would turn it into a public contract. This changes the line to say there is no replacement and why. No code changes.
