Add per-machine desktop and input profiles

Summary

• add backward-compatible per-machine Automatic, GNOME/Linux, Hyprland, and passthrough profiles
• route immersion and keyboard mappings through each machine profile, preserving Omarchy automatic detection and clone behavior
• add profile controls to machine creation and machine details, and repurpose Settings as a mapping reference
