Acceptance criteria:

• Browser fixtures cover verified success, 403, file rejection, compile gate, partial result, disconnect and timeout; only confirmed success says committed
• Project/endpoint/file identity stays consistent from confirmation to terminal state; duplicate submit is prevented
• Every terminal state releases UI busy state and provides safe next actions without concealing manual FlutterFlow tasks
• Attach a designated-test-project integration result during final acceptance; mocks alone do not prove remote application

CI results:

• npm test: 346 passed, 0 failed
• npm run build: success
• npm run test:deploy-guard: 9/9 passed
• npm run test:proxies: 30/30 passed

Evidence: this branch's only commit not contained in the milestone branch is the sync merge 0f1cb9c (git log origin/milestone/stu-implement-updated-ui-ux..origin/sgardoll/stu-380-... → 0f1cb9c Merge milestone/... into STU-380), and the PR diff is empty (changedFiles=0). The STU-380 work and its review fixes landed on the milestone branch via PR #99 (635cbe1). STU-380 remains Done in Linear. Orchestrator reconciliation.
