feat(prompt): load the starship prompt - #50

load.zsh now initialises Starship through include/prompt. STARSHIP_CONFIG points at config/starship.toml in the repo, so edits apply at the next prompt without a link. Init is skipped when starship is not on PATH or the terminal is dumb. The git modules skip submodules, so they stay within Starship's command_timeout.
