feat(prompt): drop the changed-files count from the starship prompt - #52

The custom module ran a full git status pass on every prompt, which exceeds command_timeout in large repositories and logged a warning each time. The count is not worth that scan; git_metrics and git_status keep the rest.

Summary
Removes the custom Starship module that printed the number of changed files. Its full git status pass exceeded the command timeout in large repositories and logged a warning on every prompt. The line metrics and the stash, conflict and remote state remain.
