At the moment, the `mongo:8.0` service container exits on startup on
the new `ubuntu-24.04` runner image (`20261018.339.1`), so
`Test sharedb-mongo` [times out against a dead database][1]:
MongoDB cannot start: Linux kernel versions 6.19 and newer has a
known incompatibility with this version of MongoDB.
The image's kernel is already patched, but MongoDB misreads its
version ([SERVER-131779][2]). The fix lands in 8.0.35, which isn't out
yet, and GitHub won't pin the kernel ([runner-images#15005][3]). Since
the image is still rolling out, only some jobs fail for now.
This change runs the test job on `ubuntu-22.04` until then.
