The translations of the tree are not being saved. #504

Describe the bug
Translations of the structure elements in the Tree are not saved for languages other than the default.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to the tree structure
- click on the translations for the basic information
- Modify any language
- Save the node
- The button to save the tree does not appear active, as if no changes anything
- Even if you force another change to the tree to be able to save, and it saves, the change in the translations is not saved.
- You can check, exit and re-enter to see the changes, but they are no longer there.
Expected behavior

Validation: OPEN_DEFECT (evidence:confirmed). Accepting a non-default tree translation only
