About window shows API SITNA 4.8.0 instead of 4.9.1, and no OpenLayers version #218

Description

Describe the bug
The viewer's About window says it uses API SITNA version 4.8.0. The viewer actually runs version 4.9.1.

The About window does not check which version is installed. Someone typed "4.8.0" into the viewer's settings files, and nobody changed it when the viewer moved to a newer SITNA. The README and the changelog have the same out-of-date number.

The About window also does not say which version of OpenLayers draws the map. OpenLayers is the map library that SITNA uses underneath. The viewer runs OpenLayers 10.5.0, the exact version SITNA 4.9.1 requires.

So anyone who reads the About window or the documentation to find out which SITNA or OpenLayers version is in use, for support, for a bug report, or to check compatibility, gets a wrong answer or no answer.

To Reproduce

  1. Open the viewer.
  2. Open the menu and choose About.
  3. Look at "API SITNA Version". It says 4.8.0.
  4. Look for an OpenLayers version. There is none.
  5. Compare with what the viewer actually loads: the installed SITNA package says 4.9.1, and the installed OpenLayers package says 10.5.0.

Expected behavior

  • The About window shows the SITNA version the viewer actually runs.
  • The About window also shows the OpenLayers version the viewer actually runs.
  • Both numbers are read when the viewer is built, so they stay correct after every update with no one having to remember to change them.
  • The README and documentation say which SITNA and OpenLayers versions the viewer supports, and that statement matches what is really installed.

Additional context

  • The viewer asks for "SITNA 4.8.0 or any later 4.x". When the viewer moved to Angular 22.2.3 and Node 24.22.0 (chore(deps): move viewer to Angular 22.2.3 and Node 24.22.0 #209), the dependency list was refreshed, and that request now picks up 4.9.1.
  • The viewer does not ask for OpenLayers directly. It gets OpenLayers through SITNA, so the OpenLayers version changes whenever the SITNA version changes.
  • Going back to 4.8.0 is not a good option. The SITNA project has marked 4.8.0 as deprecated because it does not work with newer OpenLayers versions (above 10.5).
  • The viewer also applies three small fixes to SITNA while installing. They are already applied to 4.9.1. This issue is only about showing and documenting the right versions.
  • The hardcoded "4.8.0" is in the three viewer environment files: the default, production, and end-to-end test settings.

Fixed on dev by #219 (merge 0951f32).

The About window now reads the installed API SITNA and OpenLayers versions when the viewer is built. The hardcoded 4.8.0 string is gone.
