gh pr create步被仓库设置拒（预期，同 0.8.8–0.8.11），人工补开。CHANGELOG 发版节已填齐（脚本占位- （待填）已删），本轮 9 个合并 PR 全部登账。本 PR 内容：版本号 0.8.11 → 0.8.12（package.json + package-lock 两处）、双 README 测试徽章 1450 → 1479（五种形状一致，由 #346 收拢后的共用模块生成）、CHANGELOG
## [0.8.12]发版节。发版节覆盖：图谱锚定四块 #341（Activation Anchoring）/ #342（Weight Evolution）/ #343（Injection Budget）/ #347（Passive Confirmation）+ 宿主 0.2 线开发依赖对齐 #344 + brace-expansion CVE-2026-102276/102277/102278 清零 #345 + 测试数口径收拢 #346 + CI 宿主兼容腿 #348 + 巩固阈值基线跨重启持久化 #349。
发布顺序（npm 一步需人工，2FA）：
cd dsh-mneme && npm publish --access public；v0.8.12tag → Release 工作流跑 verify + 双平台测试，publish 步检测到该版本已存在即跳过，随后用 CHANGELOG 抽出的正文建 GitHub Release。
