What does this change?

Bumps the version to 0.2.0 and moves the [Unreleased] changelog entries under [0.2.0]. The release covers #19 and #20:

• Web, Android and iOS apps per profile: Load apps imports them, and API keys restricted to an Android or iOS app now work.
• Remember checkbox: now remember API keys & debug tokens. App IDs and app identifiers are always saved.
• Fixes:
  • Clear all claims no longer fails with INVALID_CLAIMS.
  • A refused Save no longer shows a stale "Saved." message.
  • Each tab now scrolls as a whole, so long claims tables can be read to the end.
• User guide: published to GitHub Pages.

The minor bump reflects the settings-format change and new behaviour: 0.1.x profiles are migrated on first launch.

Notes for the reviewer

After this merges, push the tag from the merged commit on main:

git fetch origin && git tag v0.2.0 origin/main && git push origin v0.2.0

release.yml checks that the tag matches Cargo.toml (0.2.0), builds Linux, Windows and macOS, and publishes the GitHub Release. The About dialog's Changelog and Security notes links point at the v0.2.0 tag, so they work once it exists.
