What does this change?

Releases 0.2.2: bumps the version and moves [Unreleased] into a [0.2.2] section of the changelog.

The release ships the egui 0.36 upgrade from #30 (sharper text from font hinting; Rust 1.95 needed to build from source) and the tokio and serde_json patch bumps (#28, #29).

Docs: the settings-storage reference now lists the Users panel width as saved, and both it and the Updating section of the installation page note that the width resets once when updating to 0.2.2.
