chore: cleanup nitro v2 plugin

Nitro v2 plugin is well deprecated (bundle-time warning etc), in Favor of official Nitro v3

• Close SolidStart 2.0 (alpha) ignores Vite base for prerendered/SSR script and asset URLs #2151
• Close [Bug?]: Prerender fails with TypeError: Invalid URL when generating static routes (srvx/H3 URL constructed from path-only /) #2150

This PR removes Nitro v2 and resets the changesets which is necessary to allow @solidjs/start to continue in beta.

Only remaining follow-up for Nitro v2 is to log-in to npmjs.com, and enable the deprecation and point to nitro.
