The P64H SDK ships x86_64-only binaries. Document the extra steps to build QEMU and dev_cfg_pack natively, the rootfs shim layout required by SDK 2.3.0, and the expected boot output. Verified booting SGL to the login prompt on an Ubuntu 24.04 aarch64 VM. Closes space-grade-linux#72 Signed-off-by: Alexey Simonov <alexey.simonov@gmail.com>

Closes #72.
Adds
docs/building-pic64hpsc-arm64.mdcovering what is needed on an aarch64 host: QEMU anddev_cfg_packbuilt from source,u-boot-tools, dropping the x86-onlyp64h-ftdi-jmbwheel, and the Buildroot-layout rootfs shim that SDK 2.3.0 requires. Links it from the sidebar and from the x86 guide.Verified with P64H SDK p64h-v2.3.0 on Ubuntu 24.04 aarch64: SGL boots to the login prompt on the
microchip-hpsc-socQEMU model.
