A pipeline VAD alongside the service's own turn detection is a supported setup: its frames drive the base class's TTFB metrics and reconnect gating. The stop frame is therefore noted at debug level rather than warned about.
The test module imports speechmatics.agent_stt at import time, so a test environment without the speechmatics extra failed collection. It now skips through pytest.importorskip, like the other SDK-bound tests.
The Speechmatics STT tests run offline against the SDK's config and message types, so the SDK is installed in both jobs for them to count.

Follow-up to pipecat-ai#5631, targeting the PR branch. Three commits:
tests/test_speechmatics_stt.pyskips when the SDK is absent. The module importedspeechmatics.agent_sttat import time, which is why the Unit Tests and Coverage jobs on Migrate Speechmatics STT service to new Agent STT pipecat-ai/pipecat#5631 failed at collection withModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'speechmatics'. It now usespytest.importorskip, like the other SDK-bound tests.speechmaticsextra in the unit test and coverage jobs, so the 55 offline tests run there instead of being skipped.Verified locally: 55 passed with the SDK installed; the module reports one skip when
speechmatics.agent_sttcannot be imported; ruff and the workflow YAML parse are clean.
