chore(deps): update all dependencies to latest - #22

Bumps TypeScript to 7, vitest to 5, jsdom to 30, bunchee to 7 and changesets to 3. Adds @typescript/typescript6 so bunchee can still generate type declarations under TypeScript 7. Keeps @types/node on 24 to match engines.node.
