TLS client credentials exposed on service call implementation

On the server service implementation, is there a way to access the client credentials that were used to issue some grpc call?

I am using tls certificates to authenticate clients, and would want to have access to the this certificate on service calls to identify clients.

Any idea on how this could be implemented would be much appreciated.
