Replace the About screen's version with two lines: Last commit (seven-character source hash) and Build date (UTC date and time).
Embed the timestamp as assembly metadata during both local and CI builds, with a BuildDateUtc override for reproducible builds. Missing metadata displays Unknown. Update the specification and replace the version formatter tests with coverage for commit extraction, timestamps, UTC conversion, missing values, and the generated assembly metadata.
Validation: git diff --check passed. The targeted test command could not run locally because this environment has no dotnet SDK; the Windows CI workflow will run the tests. Native About-window appearance still requires Windows verification.
