[`StatelessClient.GetApi`](https://github.com/supabase/supabase-csharp/blob/cdbe9de/packages/Gotrue/Gotrue/StatelessClient.cs#L115-L116) runs on each stateless call. When `Proxy` is set and `HttpClient` isn't, it calls [`DefaultHttpClientFactory.Create`](https://github.com/supabase/supabase-csharp/blob/cdbe9de/packages/Core/Core/Http/DefaultHttpClientFactory.cs#L11-L15), so each call gets a new `HttpClient` that is never disposed. The stateful [`Client`](https://github.com/supabase/supabase-csharp/blob/cdbe9de/packages/Gotrue/Gotrue/Client.cs#L109) creates it once, in its constructor.
