Read QCOW2, VDI, DMG and AFF4 images #47
Description
QCOW2, VDI, DMG and AFF4 are refused by name today, with no readers behind the refusal.
All four are refused by name (extension list engine/server.py:3934; no readers). One checkbox per format.
AFF4 is ZIP-based and must not be matched by signature: refusing every ordinary archive to catch one image format would be wrong far more often than right. The detection strategy — extension plus interior markers — is decided in the PR and stated there.

QCOW2, VDI and DMG are already shipped. AFF4, the last of the four, is in #180 — a Map over one or more ImageStreams, or a bare ImageStream, zlib/Deflate-compressed or stored; a striped/segmented multi-volume set or any other compression method is refused with the reason.
The older AFF format (not AFF4) remains unread — it's a different, mostly-superseded format and was never in this issue's scope.
Closing once #180 merges.
