Bumps the version and dates the changelog for everything since 0.8.0: DMG and AFF4 images, LZFSE-compressed files, EWF2 (Ex01), the cross-check against independent readers, and fixes to HFS+ catalogs and folder handles, volume and GPT partition names, and Enter in dialogs.
