Add docs/ROADMAP.md with a roadmap diagram - #27

Collects the plan from the README's not-implemented list, the live switch-nz#19/switch-nz#15 threads, and the 0.1.0 changelog into one page: correctness under damage first, then reach (split raw sets, shadow copies, EWF v2), then the later items (LUKS2 with Argon2, FileVault, ANSI PST, $LogFile, cross-fragment carving). docs/roadmap-gantt.html is a self-contained Gantt of the same plan for the README to embed.
Replaces the roadmap's content with the maintainer's own list of what Strata does not do yet, with each remaining item checked against the current code rather than carried over. Items found already done are dropped (the timeline graph, the custom Jump List ordering caveat); items the earlier list counted as built but that are not in this code are restored (reading shadow copies); items where the code is partial say so (BitLocker startup and clear-key protectors are recognised but cannot be used to unlock; localisation has the mechanism but only en-GB). Anything not re-checked is listed separately rather than asserted either way. Removes the Gantt diagram, whose items no longer matched the list and whose quarters started two before 0.1.0 shipped, and the changelog entry for the roadmap: it tracks planned work and is not part of what an examiner uses. Merged — thanks for getting a roadmap started, Josh. Before merging, the content was rebuilt from the maintainer's own internal feature list, with each remaining item checked against the current code rather than carried over:
Also removed: the Gantt diagram, since its items no longer matched the list and its quarters began two before 0.1.0 shipped; and the changelog entry, since the roadmap tracks planned work rather than anything an examiner uses. |

Collects the project's plan from three sources into one page: the README's "Not implemented" list, the live correctness threads (#19, #15), and the 0.1.0 changelog.
Structure: three themes in the order work happens — correctness under damage, reach (evidence formats), workflow — then In flight / Next / Later sections, plus open questions (independent validation, fuzz corpus growth). Items keep their issue/PR links, and the wording is written for examiners per CONTRIBUTING, not for developers.
docs/roadmap-gantt.htmlis a self-contained HTML+SVG Gantt of the same plan (no JS, no external images): parser robustness focal in Q1, wrong-result triage through the year, split raw sets / shadow copies / EWF v2 next, and the no-commitment items dashed. Follows the diagram-design editorial system (orthogonal connectors n/a, 3 zones, single accent, legend below the figure).The maintainer's own notes can extend any section; every entry is short so edits stay cheap.
Also adds the Unreleased → Added changelog line CONTRIBUTING asks for.
