Add FROST integration tests #715

Relates to #710

Once the FROST protocol is implemented within the gadget and the pallet, we will need integration tests to prove that the system works seamlessly. Both FROST and ECDSA should work without interruption, and both need to pass tests in order to pass the pipeline.
